Public Tours:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour (before 1:00 PM the day prior) are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
Groups (more than 4 people):
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will result in the deposit being retained.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.

This policy ensures fairness while accommodating operational planning.

Good mix of fun and relaxing!

Our sunset cruise began and ended with some rain, but we were able to avoid it for most of the outing. Even with the rainy parts, it was fun and beautiful. The back of the boat, where the bar is, had a party vibe. But the front was super chill, so it was nice that you could choose to hang wherever matched you best. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. My group got to kayak, paddle board, and snorkel. Highly recommended for anyone, though I think toddlers might get bored and/or drive their parents a little nuts. 🙂
